Part of the Japan-Indonesia 60th Anniversary series of events, Ennichisai will feature an additional mini stage dubbed Chika Stage, located at the underground area of Atrium Blok M Mall, which will feature performances from Arakawa OK Rock, Visual Dream Band, Skyfall and Nanairo Symphony, among others. Cosplayers or other visitors who will need to store their belongings are advised to head to Chika Stage's deposit counter, with fees starting from Rp 10,000 less than 70 US cents per bag. Those who use the deposit counter will be allowed to access the provided changing room as well. This year event marks his eight years living in Indonesia as a tech-consultant. He likes the tropical climate which he perceives good for his health and he’s glad with his slightly tanned skin. Hari Minggu kemarin semua manusia dan makanan, serta pernak pernik berbau Jepang tumpah ruah menjadi satu di kawasan Blok M Jakarta. Tahun ini adalah tahun ke-8 untuk Ennichisaai Festival. Mengambil tema Challenge dan berlogokan daruma, sepertinya memang tepat untuk perayaan kali ini karena berkaitan dengan pepatah "Nanakorobi Yaoki", yang berarti ; tujuh kali jatuh, delapan kali bangun. Begitu juga dengan Ennichisai yang diharapkan menjadi simbol untuk pantang menyerah dalam mewujudkan impian serta harapan. Festival seperti ini memang benar-benar membuat buta mata. Mencoba semua makanan berbau Jepang, membeli pernak-pernik yang tidak penting sekalipun hanya untuk memuaskan hati. Tidak lupa juga, mencoba segala games yang ditawarkan. Ramen Seirock-Ya Jepang 30rb, Dorayaki 10rb/kue, Fish Cake 15rb/pc, Cumi Panggang 35rb/ekor, Yakiniku Yakitori 30rb/porsi, adalah sedikit contoh dari makanan yang kami coba. Fish Cake dan Cumi Panggang adalah yang terbaik! Dimakan selagi panas dan lelehan keju di dalamnya. Nggggh tiada dua! Untuk games, kami bermain games di booth Pocky. Cara bermainnya, kami harus membeli 3 rasa Pocky seharga 20rb, lalu main suit Jepang dengan salah satu mbak penjaga standnya. Menang! Langsung dapat satu tote bag lucu dari Pocky! Segala keriweuh-an juga kegerahan sama sekali tidak mengganggu! Terus berkeliling sampai mencoba segalanya. Tapi saat pulang, kaki langsung lemes! Hahahaha. Duh, semoga bisa bertemu di festival ini tahun depan ya!
